This SMS Policy describes how Number 1 Priority LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") sends and manages SMS text message communications with individuals who have provided their phone number and opted in to receive messages from us.

Number 1 Priority LLC will never sell, share, or rent your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.

All SMS communications are sent with your express consent and are related to our practice growth consulting services only.

  • Providing your phone number during a Revenue Clarity Session or consultation
  • Texting us directly and initiating a conversation
  • Verbally consenting during a phone or video call

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have permission to use the phone number provided, and that you are 18 years of age or older.

2. Types of Messages We Send

Once you opt in, you may receive the following types of SMS messages:

  • Welcome messages — confirming your opt-in and introducing our team
  • Follow-up messages — responding to your inquiry or form submission
  • Appointment reminders — reminders about scheduled Revenue Clarity Sessions
  • Service information — information about our practice growth systems and services
  • Reactivation messages — follow-ups if we haven't heard from you in a while
  • Team communications — messages from our team related to your engagement

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your level of engagement with our services. Typically you may receive between 1–4 messages per week during active follow-up sequences. Frequency decreases significantly once you are an active client or have completed your Revenue Clarity Session.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Number 1 Priority LLC does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message — you will receive a confirmation and no further messages
  • Replying CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT — all treated as opt-out requests
  • Emailing us at [email protected] and requesting removal
  • Calling us at (804) 604-9680 and requesting opt-out

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and then no further SMS communications unless you opt back in.
